The Avoidable Deaths Network (ADN) is a diverse, dynamic, inclusive and innovative global membership network dedicated to avoiding human deaths from natural hazards, naturally triggered technological hazards and human-made disasters in low- and middle-income countries.
IHDR is currently in its development phase.
We believe it is important to be transparent about our stage of development and
organisational capacity.
International Humanitarian Disaster Relief (IHDR) is a developing UK humanitarian charity established to support communities affected by disasters and emergencies through preparedness, response, recovery and resilience-building activities.
We believe that effective disaster relief starts long before a crisis occurs and continues long after the emergency phase ends.
As a newly established organisation, we are currently building the partnerships, governance systems, volunteer network and operational capabilities required to deliver sustainable humanitarian assistance in the UK and internationally.
